Express Companies to Invest in Hover Boards
In an initiative to reduce the carbon footprint, a regional trucking carrier with local roots is planning on investing in 30 new industrial grade hover boards by the end of the month.
“I think it will be a very effective strategy in going forward with our company’s mission of making the planet we live on a better place” says Cameron Wolf, the marketing specialist for the company. “Too often we are hearing about the carbon footprint and how it is affecting us and generations after us, this was the least we could do to begin to make a change.”
Express Companies plans on using industrial grade hoverboards, some equipped with retrofitted trailers for the larger loads. These 30 boards will be used for local loads only, as the battery life while hauling lasts for about an hour.
“We fully expect that the hoverboard technology will continue to expand, and by 2050, we plan on using hoverboards on a national level, we are looking to change the industry.”
The rest of Express Companies could not be reached for comment at this time, but it should be worth noting that this is an April Fools Joke.
